高校面向科技型中小企业技术转移的对策

从技术创新能力、创新资金和创新团队三方面,分析了科技型中小企业技术创新的特征;阐述了高校技术转移面临的主要困境;提出了高校向科技型中小企业有效技术转移的对策,即:必须完善技术转移的服务平台,构建协同创新及产业化联合体,创新技术转移新机制,为科技型中小企业培养和输送技术人才。

Countermeasures for the Technology Transfer from Universities to SMEs

From the sides of technology innovation ability, innovation funds and innovation teams, this paper summarized features of the technical innovation in Science and Technology SMEs, analyzed the main difficulties arising in university-based technology transfer, and put forward the countermeasures for the effective technology transfer from universities to SMEs. In order to meet the demands of the technology transfer, a better service platform must be improved, the collaborative innovation must be implemented, industrialized associations must be encouraged, and a new mechanism of technology transfer innovation must be built. Besides, qualified personnel trained for SMEs is required.
