山西省商业银行员工满意度影响因素研究

摘    要:通过实践与理论相结合的方法,以员工满意度的调查和管理作为研究对象,对山西省商业银行的员工满意度展开调查。根据调查数据,利用结构方程模型研究了员工满意度影响因素对总体满意度的影响程度。结果显示:岗位满意度、前景满意度、组织满意度、薪酬满意度对总体满意度有显著正影响,上司满意度对总体满意度影响不显著。

Abstract:This paper takes employee satisfaction measurement and management as research object and expands the investigation of the Shanxi Commercial Bank of employee satisfaction, combining practice together with theories. According to the survey data, this paper study the impact of employee satisfaction influencing factors of overall satisfaction based on structural equation model. The results showed: employee satisfaction, future satisfaction, organizational satisfaction, salary satisfaction have a significantly positive effect on overall satisfaction. Supervisor satisfaction effect on overall satisfaction is not significant.
