国家电网特色管理理论探讨

A Study on the Characteristic Management Theories of State Grid Corporation of China

Theories must guide the practices, and practice also needs to rise to theories, only the theories and practices combine closely and promote each other can they promote the better development. State Grid Corporation of China （SGCC） promotes management innovation and change actively, and continue to explore management theories in the management practice. Through the past 10 years＇ development, it has formed several characteristic management theories which are Comprehensive Value Theory, Continuous Exceeding Theory, Concentric Circles Business Layout Theory, Group＇s Revolution Theory, Management Plowing Theory and Unified Culture Theory. This paper analyzes the theoretical basis, the theoretical connotation and practical significance of the characteristic management theories of SGCC, so as to provide reference for other related enterprlses.
