摘    要:鉴于铁路运力短缺的现状,提出了建立粮食多式联运无缝衔接系统的构想。从粮食多式联运经营人的费用最小化出发,以不同运输方式无缝衔接为要求,考虑粮食运输期限、损耗定额与运力限制等条件。构建了粮食多式联运无缝衔接优化模型.并提供了较为详细的求解思路。

Abstract:With a view to the lack of railway transport, the idea of establishing seamless grain muhimodal system is put forward, from standpoint of minimizing the cost of multimodal transport operator, as seamless engagement of different transport mode is required and taking transit period, quota of spoilage and limited transport capacity into consideration, an optimization mode for seamless engagement of grain multimodal is established and a detailed thought to solve it is provided.
