| 摘 要： | 构建以创新价值理念为核心的创新文化,是福建建设创新型省份、全面推进海峡西岸经济区建设的关键因素.重视科技创新文化的培育,必须以人才队伍建设为基础,以强化创新机制建设为突破,以强化企业的创新主体地位为支撑,以发挥政府的主导作用为关键,从物质文化、制度文化、精神文化等多个层面崇尚创新、鼓励创新、支持创新.

| Abstract: | To establish the innovation culture on the base of idea of innovative value was the key factor to build innovative province and to push the construction of the west strait economic zone in Fujian.To pay attention to the cultivation of innovative culture of science and technology must advocate innovation,encourage innovation and support innovation from material culture,institutional culture and spiritual culture based on the building of talent team,broken through the building of innovative system,supported as the subjective position of innovation dominated by enterprises on the base of giving full play to the government's leading functions. |
