摘    要:在市场经济条件下,强势企业与弱势企业并存,市场竞争客观存在.弱势企业要想在激烈的竞争中保持原有市场,不断开拓新市场,既要有敢于竞争的精神,更要善于优化选择有效的市场竞争策略和战术,方能立于不败之地,不断开拓前进.

Abstract:Under the condition of market economy, strong and weak enterprises coexist, and their market competition is unavoidable. To keep the original market and expand a new market continually, the weak enterprises should sumnaon up courage to compete with the strong enterprises, what is more important, they should be good at selecting the most effective competitive strategy and tactics; only in this way can they develop a strong present and future.
