| 摘 要： | 通过借鉴国内外竞争力的研究成果，对物流园区竞争力的内涵进行了科学的界定，分析了物流园区竞争力的相关特征，并从基础设施、运营管理、区位条件、政策因素、经济腹地等五个方面对物流园区竞争力影响因素进行了阐述。

| Abstract: | Through drawing on the studies on competitiveness both at home and abroad,the paper gives a scientific definition to the intension of the competitiveness of logistics parks,analyzes the relevant characteristics and finally elaborates on its influence factors from the five aspects of infrastructure,operation management,locational condition,government policies and regional economy. |
