| 摘 要： | 行业收入不但与行业的技术水平、行业工人的人力资本含量、资本劳动比率等因素有关,而且还与行业的行政垄断程度有着巨大的相关性.行政性垄断行业通过行政垄断的力量获取高额利润,同时由于在行政垄断行业所有者缺位,以及行政性垄断行业和竞争性行业之间的劳动力市场分割与市场歧视的联合作用下,行政垄断行业和竞争性行业之间形成了持久的巨大的收入差距.

| Abstract: | Income in an industry is not only related to the technological level, human capital content and capital/labor ratio in the industry, but also is largely correlated to the degree of administrative monopoly. Industries with administrative monopoly gain excessive profits through administrative monopoly power. This, combined with the vacancy of ownership in these industries and fragmentation and discrimination in labor market between these and competitive industries, results in the huge income disparity between the two. |
