摘    要:文章通过对即食紫菜菌落总数检验结果的不确定度评定,介绍了食品菌落总数不确定度的评估方法及其应用,并对检验结果在限量标准附近的合格评定进行了讨论。

Abstract:Evaluation and application of Measurement Uncertainty in aerobic bacterial count of food were introduced in this article using instant laver as an example,and the conformity assessment on test results closed to the maximum limit were discussed as well.
