| Abstract: | Canadian unemployment Insurance is a national compulsory and core social insurance system . Unemployment Insurance Act(1971) was amended to Employment Insurance Act in 1996,which is reputed a important change in response to contemporary world reform from pure income benefit to encouragement both employment and income Benefits. Use the experience of Canadian Employment Insurance Act for reference is helpful to our country. |
