| 摘 要： | 组织资本的构成成份有文化、结构、组织学习，这些都是竞争优势之源。本文试图从资源基础理论来评价组织资本。通过组织资本的分析框架将其描述为：有价值的资产；难以模仿、替代和转移；有很长的生命预期；有可行的专属租金。通过构建这样的评估框架能够更为深入地研究公司智力资本的其他组成成份。
