摘要：	本文在对一体化管理体系(IMS)的概念进行界定的基础上,分别从系统原理和对组织起到的作用这两个方面来阐释企业建立IMS的必要性,随后通过比较分析三大国际管理体系标准的同与不同,探讨了建立IMS的可行性。
