美国国家公园制度现状研究与思考

美国的国家公园制度是世界上建立最早、体制相对最完善的国家公园制度，在美国的自然历史文化资源的保护中发挥了重要作用，我国目前的风景名胜资源开发管理体制混乱，在市场经济的发展中资源开发保护面临极大的压力，亟待进行制度创新，为资源的可持续发展提供良好的制度环境，在回顾美国国家公园建立历史及现状的基础上，运用详实的数据和例子对其面临的问题进行了深入分析，以期为我国在新时期资源开发管理保护体制的革新提供一点借鉴之处。

The Research and Thoughts on the United States' National Park System

The US National Park system plays a very important role in the,conservation of the United States' natural and cultural heritage. This paper analyzes the difficulties it is facing with some data and cases after reviewing its history and management. Their lessons will help us to conduct our administrational reform for developing and conserving our natural and historical resources which are under serious threat due to our confusing administration system. We call for the institutional rearrangement to create a good environment for the sustainable development of our natural and cultural heritage.
