小城镇文化构建是对小城镇文化传统、历史文脉、民族文化和人文素质的综合打造。通过提升小城镇文化品位,能促进旅游业的发展,并提高小城镇经济实力和生活水平。贵州松桃县具有独特的地理位置与鲜明的苗族文化传统,虽然在城市更新及城市文化构建方面也面临着资金不足、文化冲击等问题,但松桃构建以＂傩文化＂为核心的苗文化体系,并用北绘的城市文化构建理念从城市个性塑造、提升发展动力、满足公众文化需要、依托城市发展实际和以＂旅游文化地产＂为驱动力,走出了一条以＂旅游文化地产＂为驱动力的小城镇文化构建之路。

Tourism and Culture Estate as the Driving Force of the Small Town of Cultural Construction in Songtao County,Guizhou

Urban cultural construction is to comprehensively create a small town with traditional culture,historical context,national culture and humanistic quality.By means of advancing the cultural taste of the small town,the development of the tourism,economic strength as well as living standard can be improved.Songtao city of Guizhou has the unique geographical location and the distinct traditional cultural of Miao nationality.Although encountering such problems as insufficient capital,cultural shock and other problems during the urban renewal and cultural construction,the city,which is based on the exorcism culture of Miao cultural system and the idea of Beihui city culture construction,walks out of a way for small urban cultural construction driven by ＂tourism culture real estate＂ from the aspects of shaping urban cultural character,updating the developmental momentum,meeting the public culture needs and relying on urban development.
