| Abstract: | In viewof the loss of the scientific spirit in entire social universal existence,the higher education needs not only to strengthen the education for all-around development,but must pay great attention to the molding and cultivating of scientific spirit in order to meet the need of implementing”The Chinese2049Plan”.After analyzing the mental connotation of scientific spirit,the article proposes that cultivation of the scientific spirit should become the soul for the higher learning institutions to cultivate the talented persons. |
