| Abstract: | According to the related stipulations of " Temporary Method of Energy Saving Evaluation and Investigation for Fixed Assets Investment Project " Issued by the National Development and Reform Commission, in combination with the project actual conditions, the paper had a conclusion statement on the grading and selection basis of the benchmarking indexes in the benchmarking contents of the energy saving evaluation report of the coal construction project. |
