基于技术进化定律的用户体验设计模型研究

摘    要:技术系统及产品需要根据用户新的需求和市场的压力进行不断改进,最终向理想解进化,以提高市场竞争力。本文利用用户体验设计相关理论,结合 TRIZ 的技术进化定律及需求进化定律,运用Kano 模型对用户需求进行分析,提出满足用户体验并适合技术进化定律的产品设计模型,用于预测、提取、分析、确认用户需求,并将用户需求转化为技术特性并实现新产品的开发。

Abstract:Technology systems and products require to improve continuously to meet user’s new requirements and market pressure, and finally they will evolve into ideal model to improve their market competitiveness. The paper uses the related theory and method of user experience to dig the user’s product demands deeply and analyzes the user’s demands on the basis of TRIZ’s system evolution laws and KANO model. It puts forward a product design model which meets the user’s requirements and adapts to the technology evolution laws and use it to anticipate、extract、analyze and decide user requirements as well as transfer the user requirements into technical characteristics to develop new products.
