长三角城际间物流业基础设施投入总额差距分析

摘    要:本文首先对长三角地区 16 个城市的公路、港口、物流园区等物流业基础设施建设投入的指标进行现状分析。结果显示:就各指标来看,经济相对发达城市,已建成的公路里程数、港口码头泊位数、大型物流园区数等都相对靠前,经济欠发达城市相对靠后。接着运用极差率和变异系数对2011~2015 年长三角城际间人均物流业基础设施投入总额差距进行定量分析。同时构建了人均GDP与人均物流业基础设施投入总额的面板数据变系数固定效应模型。研究表明:长三角地区人均物流业基础设施投入总额差距呈现出先拉大后缩小的趋势,后期情况有所好转,但是差距依然客观存在。人均物流业基础设施投入总额与经济发展有一定的相关性,经济欠发达地区的弹性系数一般大于经济发达地区,说明经济欠发达地区正采取措施,加大投入力度,努力缩小地区间的差距。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the present situation about the logistics infrastructure construction of roads, ports and logistics park in 16 cities in the Yangtze river delta region. The results show that the indexes of number in road mileage,berth number in port and dock and the number in large logistics parks have been advanced relatively in developed cities of Yangtze river delta region, and are backward relatively in the economically underdeveloped cities.And then this paper analyzes the gap of per capita total investment in logistics infrastructure between 2011 to 2015 by using the quantitative method of range rate and variation coef?cient.At the same time, this paper constructs fixed effect model of panel data variable coefficient of per capita GDP and the per capita total investment in logistics infrastructure.The research shows that there exists a gap between the per capita total investment in logistics infrastructure of Yangtze river delta region which showing a trend of widening former and narrowing later, the latter situation has improved, but the gap still exists objectively.The per capita total investment in logistics infrastructure and economic development have correlation certainly ,and the elasticity coef?cient of economically underdeveloped areas is greater than that of economically developed regions generally, indicating that the economically underdeveloped areas are taking measures to increase investment efforts to reduce the gap between regions.
