| 摘 要： | 论述企业执行力的内涵及林业企业的特点，运用林业可持续发展理论、人力资源管理理论、现代企业制度建设理论，分析林业企业执行力不足的现象及其产生的原因，从普通员工、管理者等多方面，寻找提高企业执行力的途径，以促进林业企业的持续生产。
