| 摘 要： | 随着我国高新技术企业的快速发展和研发投入的高速增长,原有的财务管理体制和模式已经滞后。本文提出了＂统一领导、分级管理、分别核算、集中开户＂的财务管理新模式,并就实行新模式中应该注意的相关问题进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of China＇s high-tech enterprises and R＆D investment growth, the existing financial management systems and models have been outdated. The paper presents a ＂unified leadership, decentralized administration, accounting respectively, focus on opening＇model, a new model of financial management. And the paper discussed the related issues should pay attention to in implementing the new model. |
