企业技术创新模式分析

企业技术创新的具体形式虽然各不相同,但作为一类特定行为,企业技术创新具有本质一致的明显行为特性。文章扼要总结出企业技术创新行为的五个基本特性,即相对优势性、不确定性、风险性、一致性和复杂性,并且指出这些特性与创新中企业与环境有关变量有不同的相互关系,并且在创新全过程中,它是不断变化的。

THE BEHAVIOUR CHARACTERISTIC OF ENTERPRISES CREATING NEW TECHNOLOGY

Though the concrcte forms of enterprises' technological innovation are different each other, as a kind of particular action, enterprises' technologcal innovation has obvious characteristics of action Which are conformable in essence. This paper chiefly sets up five basic acting characteristics of enterprises' technological innovation, such as relative superiority, conformability, uncertainly, riskness, and complexity, also points out that these characferistics contact differently with the relevant varises of enterprises and enviroment for technological innovation, which also continuously vary in the whole process of technological innovation.
