论经济关系契约化对人自身发展的影响

中国社会主义市场经济体制的建立和完善的过程 ,也是一个经济关系全面契约化的过程。契约化的经济关系不仅改变了既有的社会关系的结构 ,也对人的思想意识和价值观念产生了重大的影响 ,契约关系以其固有的特点在为人的自身发展提供了必要条件的同时 ,又在某些方面制约了人的全面发展。只有不断地完善社会主义市场经济体制 ,充分凸显市场经济的社会主义性质 ,才能消除契约关系对人发展所存在的弊端 ,使人在独立、自主、平等的契约观念的促导下自由发展。

On the Economic Relation Contractization's Influence in the Development of Human Being

The process of the building and perfect of Chinese market economy system is simultaneously a process of the overall contractization of economic relation. Contractized economic relation put a great influence both in the existed structure of social relation and in the idea and outlook on value of people. While inherently providing the necessary conditions,contractual relation restrains the overall development of human being in some aspect. The only way to remove the side effect of contractual relation and enable the free development of Human being under the direction of the contract idea of independence, self-decision and equality is to consistently perfect the socialist market economic system to fully embody the socialist nature of market economy.
