摘    要:在物流企业人力资源管理工作中,培训是一个重要的职能。培训能使员工以学习、训练等方式提高工作能力、知识水平和促进潜能发挥。物流企业加强人力资源培训工作需要从管理者、培训部门和员工个人三方面入手。管理者要形成具有特色的培训政策和制度、加强培训控制,建立严格的培训评估体系和营造互助气氛;培训部门应该制定培训计划培训中要注意按照成人学习的特点改进教学方法;受训员工应树立正确的培训观念、与企业建立相互忠诚的模式。

Abstract:Logistics enterprises in human resources management, training is an important function. Training staff to make learning and training to enhance the ability to work, the level of knowledge and the promotion of potentials. Logistics enterprises to strengthen human resources training needs of managers and staff training departments and individuals three ways. Managers should form a unique training policies and systems to enhance the training of control, establish a strict training evaluation system and create a climate of mutual assistance; training sector should develop training programs to the attention of the training in accordance with the characteristics of adult learning to improve teaching methods; trained staff should adopt a correct concept of the training, and establishing mutual loyalty model.
