摘    要:生产周期的长短在一定程度上决定了企业产品的成败,而生产周期的缩短是一个持续改善的过程,最理想的状况是"单件流"的生产方式。依据笔者多年实施丰田式生产方式的经验,结合丰田与某供应商之间生产周期缩短的实例,详细阐述了生产周期缩短的途径和意义,以期为国内制造或服务类企业提供一种高效的生产经营模式,增强其竞争力。

Abstract:To some degree,the length of the lead time is the deciding factor for the success of the products.However,the shortening of the lead time needs constant improvement and the ideal situation is one piece flow.Based on the experience of carrying out Toyota production system,the author analyzes the shortening of the lead time with an example of shortening lead time between Toyota and its supplier.It offers domestic manufacturing enterprises or service enterprises an effective model of production management and it may strengthen their superiority.
