| 摘 要： | 回顾城市中心区步行交通系统的发展历程,国内外城市实践表明,建设立体步行交通系统能够有效解决城市中心区交通拥挤、空间紧缺等问题。本文基于对立体步行交通系统的构成要素、类型与形式的认识,结合国内外城市的发展经验,对城市中心区立体步行交通系统的建设策略和实施机制进行研究探讨,尝试总结出一些策略措施,以指导我国城市中心区立体步行交通系统的建设。

| Abstract: | In retrospect of the development process of the spatial walking system in urban center,the experience from domestic and overseas cites demonstrates that constructing the spatial walking system are able to effectively solve the problems from urban center such as traffic congestion,space shortage,and etc.Based on understanding the components,types and modes of the spatial walking system,this paper mainly explore research on the construction strategies and implementation mechanism of the spatial walking system in urban center while drawing lessons from domestic and overseas cites,just trying to identify some measures which can guide the spatial walking system construction in urban centers from our country. |
