长三角中心城市“首位就业区”比较研究——基于全国经济普查数据的分析

本文首先从国内有关就业统计数据获取的现实出发,在考虑西方"就业中心"与我国国情差异的基础上,尝试提出"首位就业区"的概念。同时,选取长三角地区的上海、南京、苏州、无锡、杭州、宁波六个中心城市的"区"级行政辖区作为遴选对象,通过运用相关的全国经济普查数据对其首位就业区的空间区位、集聚规模、就业类型、从业结构等方面的特征进行比较认识。最后以此为基础,结合长三角地区区域中心城市发展前景,提出未来城市首位就业区及就业多中心格局发展的相关建议。

A Comparative Study of “the Most Employment- Intensive Zone” of Regional Central Cities in Yangtze River Delta Area: Based on National Economic Census Data

In accordance with the actual employment statistics in China,this paper tries to propose the concept of "the most employment-intensive zone" of city on the basis of the difference between Chinese and Western employment centers.And at the same time,the paper chooses the administrative districts as the object of study in six central cities(Shanghai,Nanjing,Suzhou,Wuxi,Hangzhou and Ningbo) of the Yangtze River Delta Area.Through the use of the related national economic census data,the paper compares these six cities in terms of the spatial location,agglomeration scale,employment type,employment structure and so on.Finally,based on this comparison and the development prospect of the central cities in the Yangtze River Delta Area,the paper puts forward some suggestions on the development of the most employment-intensive zone and the multi-employment-center pattern in future cities.
