| 摘 要： | 生态城市是应对我国转型期城镇化困境的重要途径,本文在对已有生态城市的理论研究、实践总结基础上,分析提出了生态城市的内涵、特征和类型;针对当前生态城市建设的不足,提出了今后的思路转变方向和新型规划技术,包括:整合基础设施和空间布局,进行一体化设计;建立"目标—要素—指标"引导的生态型规划控制体系;采取时间分层设计,提高空间使用效率;运用适用型、经济可行的生态技术;构建社区为主、双向互动的规划实施机制等。 |

| Abstract: | The Eco-City concept is an important approach to the plight of urbanization in the transition period of China.By summarizing the existing theory and practices,this paper firstly discusses the connotation,characteristics and types of Eco-City.Then,to make up for the disadvantages in China’s current Eco-City construction,it brings up a new method and some new planning techniques that the country could adopt in the future. |
