| 摘 要： | 信息技术的应用是发展和完善规划环境影响评价理论和方法体系的关键,能为评价工作的开展提供技术支持,降低规划环境影响评价中的不确定性。鉴于城市综合交通规划环境影响评价的特点,文章在系统需求分析的基础上,初步设计了基于GIS的城市综合交通规划环境影响评价支持系统的结构和功能模块,并介绍了声环境影响评价与预测模块的实例。
