| 摘 要： | 运用C-W算法对车间设施的布局规划进行了系统分析,提出了优化方案,达到降低车间物流成本,提高车间作业效率的目的。在对某锅炉厂详细调研的基础上,对该厂1号厂房的设备布局不合理方案成功地运用了该方法。
