| 摘 要： | 为满足社会对计算机网络技术专业人才的需求,文章对校企合作、工学结合的人才培养模式进行了探讨,提出按照网络协议,结合主流网络产品,由底层到高层进行学习,把协议和网络产品进行对照学习。通过让学生熟练掌握产品的使用方法,使他们能够尽快的上岗就业,同时使其具备坚实的理论知识,为将来的发展打下一个良好的基础。对于"双师型"教师的培养,要做到"请进来,走出去"。

| Abstract: | In order to meet the needs of society for computer network technology talents,this paper studies talents training model of cooperation between college and enterprise and combination of learning and working.It suggests that network protocol and mainstream network products should be studied comparatively from bottom to top,which enables students to master the uses of the products and grasp solid theoretical knowledge,laying a good foundation for their quick employment and future development.As for training teachers of double quality,it is better to invite experts and technicians to give lectures and send teachers to enterprises for professional practice. |
