| 摘 要： | 企业研发是科技活动的核心要素,其现状与发展趋势可以反映一个国家的科技竞争力水平。对中日韩三国企业研发状况进行了比较,在深入分析中国企业在研发方面的差距的基础上,从政府角度提出了完善国家创新体系、加强研发队伍建设等对策与建议。

| Abstract: | As a core element in technology activities,the present status and development of enterprise R&D can be used to estimate the technology competition ability of a country.This paper had a comparative study on enterprise R&D among China,Japan and Korea,and found out the development disparity in R&D of our country,then put forward the countermeares from the view of our government,such as perfecting the national innovation system,and strengthenning the R&D team construction. |
