| 摘 要： | 数据包络分析方法（DEA）是一种评价具有相同类型投入和产出的若干个生产或非生产部门（决策单元）相对效率的有效方法,可用于评价区域经济综合发展。运用数据包络分析方法,通过建立具体的指标体系、模型运算,对河南省18个地市的经济效益进行了实证研究。根据技术效率相对有效性和规模效率相对有效性分析结果,提出发展河南省地市经济的建议。
