| 摘 要： | 通过分析研究以埃克森、英荷壳牌、BP、雪佛龙等为代表的9家国外大石油公司20世纪90年代上中下游的投资结构和影响原因，对比分析中国石油和中国石化两大公司的投资结构及其与国外大石油公司的差异，提出国内石油公司优化调整投资结构的方向和目标。
