Discussion on Application Tendency of Securitization in China

From the perspective of investors, securitization of assets acts as a good investment instrument: assets are based on securities, which helps to form a new financing source between investors and those who are in need of funds. When securitization is carried out, well-defined operational regulations should be followed, such as bankruptcy separation and true sales. Bright future reflects on the securitization of financial assets, however, it is not appropriate to carry out the securitization of problem assets on a large scale under the present Chinese market conditions.
