| 摘 要： | 在高等职业教育中，实践教学具有鲜明的实践性和自主性，对高职高专人才的培养起着十分重要的作用。在新的市场经济条件下，从就业的角度看，加强实践教学则具有更为重要的意义。结合《商务秘书实务》课程的教学实践，从明确教学定位，更新教学观念，优化教学内容，构建课程体系，强化实践教学，改革教学方法等方面，分析了在教学中，如何围绕学生的就业准备和职业生涯，加大应用能力的培养力度，将实践教学推向深入。
