| 摘 要： | 农民专业合作社在推动农业发展、促进农民增收,帮助解决"三农"问题等过程中发挥了重要作用。文章在借鉴美、日、欧等发达国家农民合作社发展经验和共同特性的基础上,从不断完善相关的法律法规体系,加大培育力度,扩大经营规模,规范内部管理职能及加强引导扶持,推动产业升级等方面入手,促进我国农民专业合作社的持续健康发展。

| Abstract: | Specialized farmers' cooperatives play an important role in promoting agricultural development, increasing farmers' income and solving other rural problems. After analyzing the experiences and the common features in developed countries like USA, Japan and European countries, the author holds the idea that we should maintain the sustainable development of specialized farmers' cooperatives by improving institutional system, expanding operation scale, promoting industrial upgrading and other measures. |
