关于鄯善建立陆港产业园区的几点思考

鄯善县地处新疆四大油田的弧形顶端,东联内地,其辐射地域宽阔,资源丰富,但因其是内陆地区,远离内地和沿海货运航线,使其资源不能更为有效地为区域经济发展服务,进而影响了经济增长的速度。针对这一问题,本文提出在鄯善县发展陆港产业园区,依靠国家政策和自身的区位、交通、资源等优势,构建以铁路运输为主、公路运输为辅的货运线,紧密连接欧亚货运航线,使鄯善转变为新疆陆地运输的＂港口城市＂,以促进区域经济贸易发展。同时,这也为疆内交通节点县市的发展提供了一种新的思路。

On Building Shanshan County into a Dry Port Industrial Park in Xinjiang

Shanshan County,located in the arc of the top four oil fields in Xinjiang,is in the east of the mainland,with broad geographical radiation and rich in resources.However,because it is inland,away from the mainland and coastal shipping routes,its resources can not serve effectively the regional economic development,thereby affecting its economic growth.To solve this problem,this paper proposes the development of dry ports industrial park in Shanshan County,relying on national policies and its location,transportation,resources and other advantages,mainly building rail transport,road transport,supplemented by the freight line,closely connected Europe and Asia freight routes,combined with the mainland east out of Jiayuguan,linking economic development westward with the five Central Asian countries and Central Asia,radiating southern and northern areas in Xinjiang,so that Shanshan will be the ＂port city＂ in land transport in Xinjiang to promote regional economic and trade development,which also provides a new perspective to think about the development of transportation nodes in Xinjiang.
