| 摘 要： | 文章以央企重组为分析对象，首先提出包括分析前提、目标体系、对象要素和实现机制的分析框架；然后对央企重组的垄断与竞争、资本集聚集中与央企做强做大、地方与国际等应有的逻辑视角进行了探讨；最后对央企重组的路径选择进行了具体分析。

| Abstract: | Focusing on the reconstruction of the enterprises directly controlled by the central authorities,this paper first advances the analysis framework,including basic premises,target system,object elements and realization mechanism;then it makes a discussion on the monopoly & competition of the reconstruction of the enterprises directly controlled by the central authorities,capital aggregation & centralization and the growth and expansion of such enterprises,appropriate logic angle of view that should be held at the local and international levels;finally,this paper conducts a specific analysis on the path selection for the reconstruction of the enterprises directly controlled by the central authorities. |
