| 摘 要： | 社会主义新农村建设离不开金融的支持,但目前农村巨大的资金需求缺口已成为农村发展的制约因素。非正规金融的发育可为农村经济社会发展注入新的资金活力,但由于得不到法律的认可和政府的保护,非正规金融的发展很不规范,存在许多缺陷。因此,有效引导农村非正规金融,使其与正规金融一起共同服务于农村有着重要意义。

| Abstract: | Building socialism new countryside needs finance support,but the shortage of present countryside cpital is a factor of hindering countryside development.adds vigour to the development of countryside society and economy,but as the lack of law and government protection to countryside finance,the irregular countryside finance develops irregularly.It is an important meaning to guide irregular countryside finance to serve countryside development with regulation finance. |
