This paper gives anew definition to the concepts of managing, the objective,thetask and the essence of management according to the theory of dissipative sstruetures,andthen give a detailed discussion on the unity of the theories of management under the guidance of systematic ideology, which blend and supplement each other in the aspects of theobjective of management,the guiding ideology, the problem of benefit and efficiency, andthe effects of human behavior in organization.
