| 摘 要： | 本文通过实验得出溶剂萃取法提取蚕蛹油的最佳工艺条件为:采用石油醚∶丙酮(1∶1)(v/v)按固液比1∶3(w/v),在60℃下回流浸提2小时,提取率可达85.10%。

| Abstract: | The technology of extraction silkwo rm pupa oil by organic solvent method was investigated in this paper.The optimal extraction condi tion was as follow:Petroleum ether a nd acetone at the ratio of 1:1(v /v)was used as solvents,silkworm pupa was added in the solvents at the ratio of solid:liquid =1:3(w /v),then extracted at 60℃for 2h.The extraction rate could rea ch 85.10%. |
