In purchasing activity of conventional supply chain, just as there are some factors such as information dissymmetry, delaying the response of requirement and high cost, which cause the enterprise lose competition, based on those. The thesis analyze that's necessary to implement electronic business and information in purchasing working, and clarified the core ideas of electronic business under SCM mode, and put forward some attentive issue and relative choice scheme.
