| 摘 要： | 通过描述环境旱化在地表水、地下水、水质及旱灾等方面的影响，分析作物需水特性和环境旱化的关系，论述了人为因素在环境旱化过程中的作用，并从发展经济、保证水资源持续利用的角度提出了减少环境旱化影响的措施和对策。

| Abstract: | Through describing the influences of dried environment on the behavior of surface water and groundwater,quality of water and drought, this paper analyzes the relationship between water requirement characteristic of the crop and environment drought, and describes the human factors in course of environment drought,such as the population factor,social economic factor,etc.. From the viewpoints of economic development and sustainable water resource utilization, some countermeasures are proposed for reducing the effect caused by environment drought. |
