| Abstract: | The demand of people towards the safety of dairy products is becoming higher,but dairy products quality safety accidents often happened,let people fear the consumption of dairy products.This paper mainly for dairy products in the supply chain of the main body,and the main government regulation two aspects to cause analysis,and discusses the reason of the countermeasures. |
