| Abstract: | The value of the Delphi technique is its ability to forecast the possible occurrence of events in the future. In 1981, a follow-up study was completed of an original Delphi study that was conducted in 1976. The basis of the 1981 study was to check the accuracy of the forecast made by school professionals on the future of specific fringe benefits in public education. |
