西藏旅游资源开发的法律问题刍议

旅游业是西藏六大支柱产业之一,是实现西藏经济跨越式发展的先导产业。所以旅游资源的开发工作至关重要,有关旅游资源的评价、规划、开发已经成为研究的重点。但从总体上看,从法律保障的角度探讨对旅游资源开发工作进行有效的规范和约束,切实保证旅游资源的可持续利用还落后于旅游资源开发建设的实际需求,亟待立法。

On the whole, from the perspective of legal protection there are not enough about its sustainable development, its regulations and control.
