促进我国农民收入增长的对策分析

改革开放以来,中国的经济和社会发展取得了令世界瞩目的成就,但是,随着改革的不断深化,我国农业和农村经济正处于新的发展阶段,一些长期困扰农业和农村经济发展的深层次矛盾和问题仍然没有得到根本解决,突出表现为农业、农村、农民问题(简称“三农问题”)。农业和农村经济是国民经济的基础,“三农问题”的核心是农民问题,而农民问题的核心是农民收入问题,因此,把稳步提高农民收入作为发展农业和农村经济的出发点与落脚点,是解决“三农问题”的关键。

Measures to Boost the Growth of Chinese Farmers' Income

Since reform and opening up, China has made spectacular achievements in its economic and social development. However, as the reform is going deeper, agriculture and the rural economy have reached a new development stage, when some long-existing deep problems inflicting the development of agriculture and rural economy have not been thoroughly settled. The most prominent ones are of agriculture, rural, and farmer problems (shortened as "three agriculture problem" ). While agriculture and rural economy is the basis of national economy, the nuclear of "the three agriculture problems" is the farmer problem, whose nuclear problem is the income. Therefore, the key to solving "the three agriculture problem" is to take the work of steadily increasing farmer" s income as the starting point and the ultimate goal in developing agriculture and rural economy.
