基于薪酬满意度的C公司薪酬体系优化设计

摘    要:如何使已有的薪酬体系优化,使之更适合企业的发展,是企业管理者和理论学家们关注的重点,尤其是对于一个处在竞争激烈环境下成熟创新阶段的企业来说。本文以一个案例C国综合性工程公司从提高员工薪酬满意度为出发点,并在已有薪酬体系的基础上对其进行优化,从灰色系统评价方法和企业绩效视角对优化后的薪酬体系进行评析,构建基于薪酬满意度的薪酬管理体系和模式。

Abstract:How to optimize the salary system and make it become more suitable for the development of enterprises are the concern focus of corporate managers and theorists, especially for a maternal innovation enterprise under highly competitive environment. This paper takes a case that an integrated engineering company of C country starts from increasing employee's salary satisfaction and optimizes it on the basis of existing salary system, analyzes the optimized salary system from the perspectives of gray system evaluation method and corporate performance, builds salary management system and mode based on salary satisfaction.
