方圆坯连铸关键工艺技术研究

摘    要:在合金钢的生产以及具有较高强度的无缝钢管的制造中,均需运用到方圆坯的生产工艺,主要包括转炉冶炼、炉外精炼、真空脱气以及方圆坯连铸等步骤。这些产品对质量的要求较高,因其连铸的面积较小,故在进行浇灌、冷却时容易发生表面断裂等现象,为了能够有效的解决此类问题,本文对方圆坯连铸关键工艺技术进行相关的研究,主要包括提高钢水可浇性、结晶器冷却工艺等方面。

Abstract:In the production of alloy steel and manufacturing of high intensity seamless steel pipe, the square billet production technology is essential, mainly including the converter smelting, refining outside the furnace, vacuum degassing and square billet continuous casting and other steps. These products demand higher quality. Due to the small continuous casting area, surface fracture may happen in casting and cooling. In order to effectively solve such problems, this paper studies the key technology of square billet continuous casting, mainly including steel casting, moulds cooling process, etc.
