| 摘 要： | 建筑工程施工进度管理,主要是根据施工组织设计中确定的施工进度计划,从而进行全面的和综合性的管理,确保工程建设顺利进行。将建设项目的计划工期控制在事先确定的目标工期范围之内,并在兼顾费用、质量控制目标的同时努力缩短建设工期。

| Abstract: | Construction schedule management primarily based on the construction schedule plan identified in construction design to carry on comprehensive and integrated management, so as to ensure the smooth construction, it controlled the planned duration of the construction project within the target range of pre-determined period, and strived to shorten the construction period while taking into account the cost and quality control target. |
